BIOGRAPHY:
A rider from the age of 6, Benji Farrow has been making waves on the competition scene since 2009 with his second-place finish at the Rev Tour in halfpipe. Since then, it has been onward and upward for Farrow, who marked the 2011 season with an appointment to the World Championships team, where he placed 12th in halfpipe and was the top U.S. finisher. Farrow finished out the year with a top-10 at the Grand Prix at Mammoth Mountain and it wasn't soon after that he was called up to join the ranks of the U.S. Snowboard rookie squad.

BENJI SAYS:
This past year has been amazing! Not only have I been given the opportunity to travel all around the world, but my best friends all did it with me! This season I went to New Zealand, Switzerland, Spain, Canada, Norway and Italy as well as traveling around the United States. As my first full season on the TTR World Tour I did pretty well, too! I had four top-ten finishes and was ranked 13th in the world by the end of the year! I am super excited for another progressive season shredding with my best friends!

FIRST TRACKS:
It was Benji's seventh birthday. He had been skiing since he was four, but felt like he wanted a change on that particular day. So on his birthday he asked his dad if he could rent a board and give it a go. He said yes and Benji never went back!

OFF THE SNOW:
According to Benji when he's not riding you can find him walking in circles frustrated that he can't get back to the snow soon enough, which drives his family crazy. So he takes his mind off it with work and skating and coaching his little brothers Little League Team with his Dad.
