Reiter Takes Podium in Final PGS

SUDELFELD, Germany (Feb. 1) – Olympian Justin Reiter (Steamboat Springs, CO) made a strong statement Saturday by finishing third in the last FIS snowboarding PGS World Cup before the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia. It was Reiter’s first World Cup podium since 2008, and Sylvain Dufour of France and Lukas Mathies of Austria took first and second. Saturday’s race was the final alpine snowboarding World Cup as well as the last race before the Olympic parallel giant slalom Feb. 19 and parallel slalom Feb. 22 at the Rosa Khutor Extreme Park.
