BIOGRAPHY
Karly Shorr came from humble beginnings at Boyne Mountain, but made a name for herself with a win at the 2010 Mount Snow U.S. Revolution Tour stop. She won another Rev. Tour stop in 2011 and scored a Dew Tour the following December. A couple more Rev. Tour victories won Shorr the 2012 Rev. Tour title. Solid results with a slew of top-ten finished proved that Shorr was ready for the big leagues in 2013, and then her pair of second-place finishes at the 2014 Sprint U.S. Grand Prix Tour clinched her a spot on the team headed to Sochi.

FIRST TRACKS
Karly Shorr began snowboarding because she wanted to hang with her two older brothers on the mountain. Her transition from gymnastics to snowboarding may be responsible for her ability to perform acrobatic tricks on the slopestyle course. Shorr enjoys traveling and heading into the outdoors, especially in Oregon. She also enjoys hiking and swimming in the summertime.
